Location and
history.
Noise from bar overhead.

Nice hotel with lots of history and convenient location. Room was nice and comfortable. The tub was dirty, with a ring of scum. When we complained about it, it took the staff all day to clean it. Maid service never came to room except from complaint and then only fixed complaint.

I loved the architecture, This was a beautiful old hotel.
The parking area was a good distance away, but the courtesy van was easily accessible.

I loved this hotel. It had the old world charm of a 1905 hotel, yet the rooms were clean and equipped with wireless Internet service.

Historic and great location.

This is a great hotel in the historic district of Eureka Springs. There are lots of shops right next to the hotel. I had a massage at the hotel spa which was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel and we will return. It is mostly couples and/or adults so wouldn't recommend children here.

Wouldn't stay there again, gave king bed for family of 4!

Parking is at least a 1/4 mile away, must get shuttle which is a pain and you have to tip each time you want your car!

Quaint and historic hotel in a beautiful setting.
Very plain. Old TV and furnishings.

Good location its a 104 year old facility that probably could use some updating on the inside.
