Clean, well lit, friendly, good complimentary continental+ breakfast, safe location, NICE mattress, fridge and microwave, quiet, cookies upon check-in. Recommend it.

No swimming pool.

I was up charged $10.00 when I arrived because the room they had set aside had one bed for my family of 4. Other than that and the lack of a swimming pool, I was very pleased.

The hotel was relatively close to the University of Illinois.
The rooms were in a bit of disrepair and looked to be about 5-7 years past their prime.

This hotel can best be described as no frills. It will give you a place to lay your head at night, but the surroundings are far from luxurious. A good place for a one-night business trip stay.
