Conveniently located near shopping, close proximity to downtown, and was relatively quiet.
Had to go through shopping mall. No easy access from highway.

Staff was very courteous and friendly. Quiet, and a light breakfast was provided.

It was right next to the mall.
One room didn't any cream or sugar for the coffee or towels in it.

We were traveling in a group of 6 people. We had 3 hotel rooms with 2 people each. One room didn't have any towels at all or cream & sugar for the coffee. One of the other rooms didn't have enough towels for 2 people. Overall the rooms were clean and comfortable. We will probably stay here again.

The greeting.
Room was not clean and no room service.

This hotel needs a deep cleaning, the carpet was dirty, it smelled. The cleanest part of it was the bathroom. There was only one bed, when I thought there would be two.

I feel bad writing a bad review for this hotel, because the staff was so friendly and ready to help me at all times with any problems, but the hotel was just not in good condition. Yes, they were in the process of redoing the main lobby and breakfast area, and I really hope they do some upgrades to the guest rooms as well. Things were just rundown, things were constantly not working. The carpeting was atrocious, my 16 month olds feet were black after walking around on the carpet in my mom's room who stayed next door. There were water problems the first morning, poor ventilation in the rooms, the vent fan in the bathroom stopped working the second day. When I called the front desk, they were quick to fix whatever I asked of them, but the fix list is so long! I really hope they do upgrade the rooms, they need rooms to match the awesome staff we encountered while we were there! read more
