We enjoyed the workout room, the pool, the hot tub, and the breakfast.
Well, the stationary bike had a clunk/squeak about it, and there were a lot of hair on the bathroom floor (not ours - there when we got there).
We were able to take advantage of all the amenities - the workout room, the pool, the hot tub, and the breakfast. All were quite satisfactory. The staff couldn't have been nicer, and our room was great. We loved the spa-like appearance of the crisp white coverlets on the bed and the shower curtain. It's obvious they have done some recent updating. We had to ask for towels in the pool area, and got a very quick and friendly response. This motel is very close to the mall and countless restaurants and stores. The breakfast includes waffles and had a nice assortment of options. read more

Location.
The room was just a hotel room with a icebox and microwave.
It was clean and the staff was friendly. But the beds and pillows were terrible. We were also told we would have a suite. Their definition of a suite is a regular hotel room with an icebox and microwave.

It was convenient to main attractions.
Very noisy. Children were allowed to run all over hotel.
I appreciated that the staff happily changed our room to accommodate my request for a king-sized bed. Generally, the hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The one negative was the breakfast area was very small and didn't accommodate many people. Also, children in wet swimsuits were running all over and charging into the breakfast area grabbing food. I took the time to politely suggest they use a utensil to take their sweet rolls rather than touch each one with their hands. The breakfast area was well stocked with food, but it would help to have more space in that particular area to accommodate the number of people using it. read more

The beds were very comfortable.
The noise in the next room made it difficult to sleep.
Generally, the hotel was. Nice. The rooms were clean. The amenities were minimal. Not enough in room coffee, the next door was too noisy and the bathroom too small.

Location was good and staff was friendly.
Room smelled of sewer gas. Way too much noise from out side the room.
I stayed two nights. The sewer smell was taken care of promptly. There was allotting of noise which went well past midnight.

The pool area was well kept.
The staff was horrible and cared more about hanging out with their friends who were not even renting rooms.
This was the worst hotel room ever. I will never stay there again, nor will I recommend this hotel to others. The manager parked her car in the unloading area. All employees seemed to have friends "hanging out" in the lobby area. It felt as if the employees and their friends owned the hotel and made me and my family very uncomfortable. We did not even stay overnight - we left and went home. read more

Not much.
The room had a dead bug plastered to the wall.
My pregnant wife and I were traveling with our three young children. We arrived at 8 p.m. the night of our stay, provided our confirmation number at the front desk, and found that our reservation had somehow been cancelled. The only room available was a smoking room with one king-size bed and a pull-out sofa. It was on a floor that was being remodeled, so in order to get to the room, we had to dodge the bedding and furniture lining the hallway. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and had a dingy appearance overall. The dead bug stuck to the wall appeared to have been attached for some time. To top it off, we were awakened at 3 a.m. to the sound of a headboard in the next room banging into the wall right behind our heads, followed by the sound of creaking bed springs and intermittent moaning. It was a horrible ending to an otherwise enjoyable vacation. read more
