The bed was more comfy than other places.
The fan in the bathroom was very loud.
This was a great place to stay and I will return.

Served my needs.
If a room is given away, they should let me know before I haul all my belongings to a room I didn't ask for. They did switch my room to a suite, but that room did not having working lights, and I was not offered compensation.

We enjoyed the workout room, the pool, the hot tub, and the breakfast.
Well, the stationary bike had a clunk/squeak about it, and there were a lot of hair on the bathroom floor (not ours - there when we got there).
We were able to take advantage of all the amenities - the workout room, the pool, the hot tub, and the breakfast. All were quite satisfactory. The staff couldn't have been nicer, and our room was great. We loved the spa-like appearance of the crisp white coverlets on the bed and the shower curtain. It's obvious they have done some recent updating. We had to ask for towels in the pool area, and got a very quick and friendly response. This motel is very close to the mall and countless restaurants and stores. The breakfast includes waffles and had a nice assortment of options. read more

The hotel was fine.

Location.
The room was just a hotel room with a icebox and microwave.
It was clean and the staff was friendly. But the beds and pillows were terrible. We were also told we would have a suite. Their definition of a suite is a regular hotel room with an icebox and microwave.

Hotel was nice and clean, rooms very spacious and comfotable. Beds were also very comfortable, almost better than mine at home! Our room was recently updated and a few things still needed to be complete otherwise it was a very nice place to stay.

It was convenient to main attractions.
Very noisy. Children were allowed to run all over hotel.
I appreciated that the staff happily changed our room to accommodate my request for a king-sized bed. Generally, the hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The one negative was the breakfast area was very small and didn't accommodate many people. Also, children in wet swimsuits were running all over and charging into the breakfast area grabbing food. I took the time to politely suggest they use a utensil to take their sweet rolls rather than touch each one with their hands. The breakfast area was well stocked with food, but it would help to have more space in that particular area to accommodate the number of people using it. read more

The staff was accommodating when we needed to change our room.
In room coffee was a one up server, kind of odd.
The hotel is located close to the shopping malls within a short distance to an I-Hop and other dining spots. Easy to find, and good access to main roads. The staff was pleasant and maid service was excellent.

The beds were very comfortable.
The noise in the next room made it difficult to sleep.
Generally, the hotel was. Nice. The rooms were clean. The amenities were minimal. Not enough in room coffee, the next door was too noisy and the bathroom too small.

Location was good and staff was friendly.
Room smelled of sewer gas. Way too much noise from out side the room.
I stayed two nights. The sewer smell was taken care of promptly. There was allotting of noise which went well past midnight.
