Rooms were clean and comfortable. Price was affordable.
Our room had no towels. The hotel did not allow you to take the continental breakfast items up to your room.
I travel to Disney with my kids at least twice a years. I was very pleased with the location and price of this hotel. When the exterior updates are completed, this will be a great hotel for the price.

Comfy beds, clean shower.
Under renovation.
For the price, this was great. The hotel is under renovation, so landscaping, outside decor is poor. Lobby and rooms are new and up to date, however. Beds were comfy, and bathrooms clean. Staff friendly and courteous.

Staff member at front desk went out of her way to assist us.
Ice machines did not woek on first 2 floors.
We stayed here when it was being renovated and returned. It met all our expectations. For the price, location and helpfulness of the staff, this is an undiscovered pearl. We will stay here on our next trip to Orlando.

Staff very attentive,friendly, and welcoming.
The room was great with the exception of the rug that had an odor and aggravated allergies.
The hotel looked as if it was being renovated internally and was beautiful. Much to my surprise for the price. The outside could use some touch-up as well. The pools were in great condition. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. They made us feel very welcome!!

Railing on 4th floor were loose.
Very nice, great price! Would stay again but this time on the first floor.
