It included WiFi and breakfast. Staff were always friendly.
My elderly mother was traveling with me and she found the bed too high for her. Also the room needed more than one chair.
Nice hotel. It was clean. The breakfast was good. The beds in our room were too high for my mother, who has a hip problem, to get on and off. Every time was a struggle. Only one chair in the room made sitting on the bed a necessity for someone. I picked the hotel because of its proximity to the IAH and was happy to find that they offer free shuttle service there.

Friendly, helpful. Allowed me to leave my vehicle until my return from Canada.
The rooms are attractive and comfortable. I was provided with a free shuttle to the airport, which was only 2 miles away. They allowed me to park my vehicle an entire week for only $10.00 and sent a free shuttle for me when I returned, even though I was not staying another night. I will consistently pick this motel when flying out of Houston, TX

Convenient to airport.
Sink is in the main room.
This hotel was fine for staying the night prior to an early flight. Although they advertise a shuttle to the airport it only leaves on the hour which wasn't very convenient. It is a modest hotel without any extras.

Bare minimum of conveniences, asked for a blanket & told there were none. Coffee packs, 1 reg & 1 decaf providing for one (1) cup.
This is an average hotel with minimum conveniences. Bed was comfortable and price was right.

The rooms are very spacious, and comfortable. All of the furnishings are beautiful.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel on a road trip from TX to VA. Much to our surprise this hotel far surpassed our expectations. The facilities didn't offer a lot of bells and whistles, but everything it did offer was first class. This would be a great place to stay while traveling on business.
