Front desk workers, manager and housekeeping manager were all super nice.

The hotel was very clean, however there was a time when our room was overlooked for cleaning, however, this was addressed by the hotel staff and resolved.

The friendliness of the people.

I would highly recommend this hotel we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Cuba Mo the night before and they were very unfriendly and very expensive.

The hotel guest book had the wrong prices fro different restaurants. They need to be updated.

The beds were comfortable, the room clean and it was quiet.

The Hotel was in a good location by the highway, but quiet. The room was clean, we had great service during check in and out. The beds were very comfortable.

It was quiet, comfortable, affordable, felt warm, loved the treatment!
No hot chocolate chip cookies!

This was a near perfect fit for my daughter and me for this short stay. I loved the treatment and service we were given. I felt like we were, at times, the only people there! It was a great experience, and hope to stay there again!

Need to add hot items in continental breakfast, sausage gravy and biscuits.

Clean, affordable, good location. Well lighted however security door not secure, keypad missing.

The staff was friendly and the hotel clean.
Neither the bed nor the pillows were very comfortable.

Being large people we found the beds small and uncomfortable. Noise level was less than expected considering proximity to the interstate. We were overall happy with the stay and would return without hesitation.
