Staff was very friendly.
Bed was hard as a rock. Hurt my back. Only down side to the whole trip.

The staff was friendly, and had a free computer desk top to use in the lobby. Continental breakfast was from 6am to 10am which I really liked so I did not have to get up early to have a light break fast. Room was clean and the only problem I had was the bed was too hard and that may be fine for the majority of customers.

It was clean and easy to find. The breakfast was adequate.
Smoking room. That was all that was left, but the symbol outside the room indicated that at one time it was a non-smoking room.

I would go back to this hotel, but only when non-smoking room is available. It was heavy with a smoke smell. I think that some type of air spray should be used to get rid of that smell. No matter how clean the room is, all your clothes have that smell.

The bed was very comfortable.
Although the beds were comfy and the sheets were clean and the bathroom was only mediocre clean.

I would recommend it for the comfort of the bed and the pool. The TV is small and the bathroom's were mediocre.

The bed was extremely comfortable.
I didn't like that the pool closed at 11 pm every night.

My overall experience at this hotel was great. They had the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in. I would definately stay at this hotel again.

It was okay with the except of the Ironing board being broke in our room.

The stay at the Baymount was great with the exception of the ironing board being broken. Other than that everything was okay.

Needs larger sign out front.

This hotel was in a great location. Comfortable beds and the room was clean. There needs to be a better sign identifying the hotel from the road. It is list in all the other hotels because the sign is so small.
