Our dog was able to stay with us.
Pool and hot tub both out of service. No complimentary breakfast available to us as advertised.
Our stay in Indianapolis was for my daughter's 9th birthday. Disappointing from the time of check in the pool and hot tub was out of service. The next morning at 8:30 the hotel was out of food and drinks because they had too many people staying there. No manager could be contacted until Monday, we checked out on a Saturday. I feel the stay was overpriced because the accommodations advertised were not provided. read more

Location, price, logistics for parking-to room-to parking, quiet.
Sterile interaction with front desk, no print out provided at check-out, wireless feature was sporadic, not enough towels provided, & have 3 more reasons.

The inside of the Hotel was redone including the rooms and lobby. Needs some work on the outside including a professional looking sign.

Pool and breakfast was nice.
Hot tub too hot to use.
The hotel was being remodeled and at times carpet was flying by my window from the floor above. I will not stay here or recommend this hotel again.

It had a bed.
The shower was hanging by a rope. The carpet had burn holes all over it.
I asked a king size bed and got a twin handicapped room. Once in the room found the carpet with several burn holes in it. The shower was held up by a rope and had only one 40 watt light in the bathroom. The room smelled badly. The TV in the room was may be a 19 inch TV. My 7 year old nephew has a bigger TV then that.

The location was off the main highway.
I did not feel that the staff was friendly or approachable.
The communication between their staff was very poor. I know that
I shouldn't have left my money in the hotel but it also wasn't left out in the open it was packed away. Unfortunately, I did not get any result from the staff when mentioned on my way out.

Room was large, but.
Peeling wallpaper. Stained bedding. Burn hole in bedspread. No hot water in morning.
First of all, this hotel was very difficult to find, even though it was right off the Interstate. Signage was poor. Even with a GPS, I had difficulty finding it. No elevators to upper levels. Rooms were large, but cheaply furnished. Overall tacky/shabby appearance. Wallpaper was peeling and smudged around light switches. Light above sink was mounted very crooked. Looked like it was ready to fall off the wall. Drapes were falling off the hooks. Bedding had stains and there was a burn hole in the bedspread. There was no hot water at all in the morning, despite there being very few guests. I heated up water in the coffee maker to wash with. When I checked out, desk clerk didn't bother to ask how my stay was. read more

They put our rooms together.
One of our rooms smelled with a very bad odor.
Pool was clean, warm, and very nice. The beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was nice.
