Nice breakfast.
I know bright lights in parking lot is security issue - but, so bright around window curtains lit up all night.

Nice. Convenient location to highweay - access to west bound really awkward. Good breakfast.

Clean, quiet, comfy, and great location.
No complaints at all.

Because of the low price, I was a little skeptical until I saw my room. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and in a great location. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. I would stay again if I was in Fort Smith. I would not even look for a different motel. Very satisfied.

The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel was clean with a fabulous continental breakfast. We stayed two nights and we were very satisfied. I read other reviews about a musty odor. We did not encounter this. I would definitely stay there again.

Average hotel for the price I offered and paid. Not the best hotel for romantic trips, but great for business travelers looking for something accesible and convenient.
