Clean, good complementary breakfast.
Staff seemed bored.
Most of their business seems to come from weekends. Staff would help you but seemed overall bored. Area has really been hurt after DHL pulled out. Harder to get deals on weekends than during week.

Cheap rate.
My room needed a thorough cleaning.
I wasn't expecting to 5 star accomodations. My complaints are that my room needed a thorough cleaning. There were dust webs on the lights and other areas. There was accumulated dust/ debris on carpet between bed and bedside table. Secondly, my phone message light flashed constantly and couldn't be turned off. I had to put papers over the phone to block the incessant flashing.

The pool and jacuzzi were very nice.
Expect very minimal cleaning if you are there more than one day.
This hotel did not meet my expectations. I got a very fair price, but with any price one would expect the room to be cleaned daily. On one day, my dirty towel left on the floor was rehung for me to use. I had to clean the toilet seat myself when I arrived. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping.
You had to walk through the smoking section of the hotel to get to the lobby.
The experience was adequate for the money paid.

For the past 2 years we have used Priceline for hotel rooms. Wilmington did not offer a 3 or 4 star hotel, so we had to accept a 2 star. Probably spoiled by the better places, although we did stay in this hotel before and had a much nicer room than the one we had here. Upon checking we were told that we had not booked a King size bed, therefore we would have to pay more for one. I may be wrong, but I do not believe there is a choice upon booking. Overall it gave us a place to sleep (uncomfortable, sheets wouldn't stay on the mattress) and continue onward. read more

It really needs some TLC.
Just because I am a smoker does not mean that I enjoy staying in an ashtray. The room had burns on every surface and was just overall dirty feeling.

The hotel was located close to restaurants and stores. The staff responded quickly to problems with the remote and iron.
The beds were horrible. They were firm, but you could feel the springs through the covering.
The hotel needs to put some sort of sign on the main street to indicate it's location. The staff was friendly and responded quickly to problems we had with our iron and remote not working. None of us liked the beds because the springs could be felt through the covering. It would have been nice for there to be ice machines on both floors.

The price. We got a coupon for an area restaurant that we liked.
The bathroom was not truly clean (odor) and the blankets were meant for twin beds, not double beds.
I would not recommend this hotel because it did not seem to be up to standard even for a one star hotel. No one even asked us how our stay was, except right after we arrived and hadn't gotten a chance to check out the room fully. I should have complained, but decided to write my comments here instead.
