The lobby was nice.
The rest of the hotel.

The Baymont Inn in Maumee is a mix of bad 80s-era decor, mildly surly staff and smelly hallways. Seriously, the hallways either smelled like chlorine or sweaty linemen. And the room was worse. Our toilet was cracked, the walls were chipped and the bedding looked like it had not been cleaned in ages.

The atmosphere was wonderful. Very clean and nice Jacuzzi suite. Glad we chose this hotel.
Liked everything about this hotel. No complaints.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The Jacuzzi suite was a nice romantic getaway for our 11th anniversary. I am glad we chose this hotel. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was clean and comfortable.

My experience at this hotel was great. I was traveling alone with children so I was a bit nervous about how it would all work out but the hotel was easy to find, the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was an added bonus.

Quality New facility with microwave and refrigerator
Breakfast weeds upgrading similar to Hampton Inn

We had stayed in older Comfort Inns,Hampton Inns, and Red roofs on our trip and appreciated a new facility with many nearby restaurants and easy Tollway access.

This is a GREAT hotel chain. The rooms are large, clean and up to date, and the value can't be beat. Great breakfast too!

Staff was pretty friendly.
I was disappointed that we had a smoking room.

It was okay. I stayed in a lower ranked hotel on my return visit (it wasn't an Amerihost) and it was much cleaner.The bathroom of Amerihost wasn't very clean. I did like the quick checkout, so I didn't have to stop at the front desk.
