Very attentive and a friendly staff. Plentiful continental breakfast. Cookies, filtered water in lobby. Mints on pillow.
Efficiency style bathroom (sink was just outside the bathroom door near closet). Could hear footsteps from room above.

The Baymont was really much nicer than we anticipated for our little three-day extension to an autumn anniversary getaway. The little details like filtered water and cookies in the lobby, 24 hour coffee, tea, and fresh fruit for the taking in the breakfast area, and the bright-eyed sincere attention to customer happiness really set this hotel apart from others in this price range. I have already recommended it to friends. read more

Great location, friendly staff, clean.
Bathroom too small.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in providing directions. The continental breakfast was good and all areas were clean. The only thing we weren't too comfortable with, was the small bathroom, not to spacious for a 6'3 male. Other than that, everything was great!

Very convenient to major activities and attractions.
Carpets were filthy; the A/C was very noisy; major road noise; not enough outlets; not enough sink space.

Place is fine if all you need is a base location with the bare basics of a place to sleep. We checked into a non-smoking room that had been smoked in -- the front desk promptly changed our rooms with no questions. We didn't have pets but they have a separate floor for pet-friendly rooms which is pretty cool.

No room service for extra blankets

Overall for the price we paid it was ok. I'm always looking for cleanliness so I was not happy with the carpet in the room and I really was not impressed with the cleanliness of the bedding. The staff was nice. The continental breakfast was better than most I've seen with a wafflemaker and plenty of other goodies.

I loved the continental breakfast. Quick, easy, lots of options, and very tasty.
Musty smell to the room, out dated room and tv, small bathroom

Overall this hotel was fair for lodging, but I wouldn't pay that much money for it again. It was not nice enough to justify the cost. The room was a bit musty smelling. TV had very limited channels and poor picture. Room seemed out dated. Bathroom was extremely small. On the upside we had a roof over our heads for the night. Very nice pillows when doubled up. And the breakfast was very good. read more
