Night manager extremely helpful.
Nothing.

The man working at night, about 7:00 pm was very helpful, gave me maps for the funeral I was going to the next day. He was knowledgeable, and took the time to help me!

Very friendly front desk staff; very convenient to O'Hare Airport.
Old hotel under renovation, desolate location, spongy blanket, rickety heater.

This is an old motel currently under renovation, so we overlooked the questionable vintage decor, polyester bedspread, and spongy blanket. The heater also took about 20 minutes to begin functioning. But the hotel is very conveniently located near O'Hare Airport and doesn't cost an arm and a leg - perfect for catching a 6:00am flight!

The staff did their jobs & wer honestly very friendly from the front desk guy to the cleaning ladies.
No stove or fridge in my room but they probably have in upgraded rooms, not sure.
