Location, price and hotel staff was nice.
Not enough parking, it felt dirty in the room (dirt on walls and floor).

For the price and location this hotel does its job. Just a place to sleep for the night.

The hotel was very clean and had a very accommodating staff. Absolutely no frills. Best feature was location. Within 2 blocks of Fisherman's Wharf. If you plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel, this is not the place, but if you only need a place to sleep - can't be beat. Would go there again as we are out and about as much as possible.

Our air conditioner was an oscillating fan.

This would be best for college students or young adults were accommodations are not important. There was no pool. No air conditioner except an oscillating fan.

The location was very good.
Parking was very limited and we had to park in the street for a few hours before a space was available.

This hotel was exactly what I expected. It is located only blocks from Fisherman's Wharf. The room was small but it was clean and neat when we arrived.
