Proximity to the beach and access to the beach.
A little noisy at night.

Good location, nice bar area and very close to the beach.

Nice beach location, convenient to local restaurants, shopping and
attractions.
Old building, small rooms, very old TV and
not enough parking space.

Location. It is on the beach.
There were dead ants in the room, the shower had no water pressure, the shower water stank.

The hotel has nothing going for it except its dreamy location on St. Pete Beach. There were dead ants in the bathroom, no water pressure in the shower and the shower water smelled awful. The rooms were shabby, the parking was horrible, the vending machine took but didn't give. The pool was average, but enjoyable and the hotel provided floats and beach balls, which was nice.

Close to gulf of Mexico.
A really rundown hotel.

Rather not repeat myself, just a whole different looking hotel than the pix I saw on line, did they use special cameras to get it to look good on line?

On the beach.
Rooms showed a lot of use, needs a fresh face.

The courtyard was beautiful, the rooms and the building in general were ran down, in need a
beauty transformation. The beach was great, with a nice wooden trail that lead to the sand. Free parking.

Great access to beach. Had a blast at the Tiki bar.
Tight parking.

Hotel was great for the money. The rooms were pretty standard (nothing special) maybe needed a little update, but they were clean and we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. If you are going for the ocean, this is the best spot to be at, you can sit at the bar and see the ocean. It was great.

The location to the beach was great.
The rooms are badly needed for updating and the parking was bad; only one way in and out on the side of the hotel.

The parking was not good and the rooms are outdated. The bathroom needs some improvement (the sink was backing up); and the AC in our room was not good. We were given a box fan to help with the AC. The staff was great and friendly. If I was a party animal and was enjoying the single life, this would have been a great spot. This would be perfect for something during beach week for the young and single. I was disappointed with the star level of 3 1/2 stars. It was not 3 1/2 star hotel. read more

Wonderful huge beach.

Yes, big bar scene, but that's on the beach. When you want to sleep, your room is quiet. Great place for someone who want to get her/his walks on the beach, nip at the bar at sunset.
