Nice cozy and elegant atmosphere. Lots of art work throughout, nice spacious room with nice robe. Was scenic in fall, winter would be really cozy.
No listing of nearby food/attractions in the room to browse only in lobby.
Private cozy hotel, very nice upscale, quiet, nice small work out room, hot tub, steam, pool and sauna. Could be for families, but no breakfast or food right there or that I knew about. Sophisticated and pleasant, nice touch to have little kitchen and fridge in suite.

The staff was VERY helpful and pleasant!
The restraurant and bar were not open the first night we were there.
The hotel is all suites which are very nice. They each come equipped with microwaves, small refrigerators, coffee pots and dishes and silverware for easy meals or treats. Beaver Creek has a free shuttle service that will pick you up at the hotel within 10 minutes of calling for them and take you anywhere in the Village.

Elegant, clean, spacious, plush.
No where to plug i pod.
The hotel was very chic and classy. Loved the fireplace in the room and the plush bed. It was summer, but cold, we slept with the sliding door open all night. Love it. Will recommend to all.

Great location and off season there were great deals at the restaurant. Kitchenette, DVD let us save some money on food and entertainment.
First room did not have curtains that completely covered the vaulted windows.
A beautiful hotel with an attentive staff and a prime location. Our major complaint was our first room had vaulted ceiling and a window that went as high. The curtains were not high enough so the outdoor lights illuminated the room at night and the sun woke us up way too early. They were very accommodating about switching our room the next day.

The common areas were very pleasant.
The suite we stayed in had very little natural light. I prefer rooms with large windows and a lot of natural light.
The staff was accommodating. They lost our keys in the valet room and charged us for the valet, even with all the problems. I felt some concessions could have offered for all the hassle.
