Liked the set up of the hotel.
Hotel was unorganized, my room had been booked so I went to it and there were people there had to get another room the heat barley worked if at all rug was filthy pool was okay but there was no warmth there either hotel was cold.

Beautiful swimming pool area!
The bathtub tiles were broken and dirty looking.
Met our expectations. Nice handy place to stay.

Convenient location.
Filthy rooms, stained carpets, no maid service, terrible breakfast.
We have been staying in hotels for 40 years, and this was by far the worst ever, in the United States: dirty, smelly, filthy carpets, filthy dining room with awful breakfast. We would never have stayed if we could have gotten out of our contract. A horrible experience.

Pretty lobby, and the covered parking.
Too noisy.
I could hear every door open and close all night. Particularly the room next to mine. There were people coming and going (loudly) throughout the night, several times someone knocked on my door and when I checked the peep hole saw that they were really looking for the next room.

Convenient to interstate, nice swimming pool
Bathrooms small and tired, free breakfast not appetizing
A very dedicated and tireless staff are working hard to make something of this aging facility. The rooms are adequate but dated, and the bathrooms are small and a bit rough around the edges. The outside of the hotel (and especially the underground garage) are downright scary, but the interior reveals a wonderful three-story atrium with all rooms looking out over the pool. Free breakfast was included, but was of mediocre quality. Location is convenient to services and interstate. read more

$$ parking fee.
Beautiful room with excellent harbor view. Friendly and attentive staff. Great location, across the street from Fanueil Hall shops. Chart House restaurant, next door, is fantastic.

A disappointment from experience 5 years ago: now run-down condition under new management.
Having stayed at this hotel 2 times on this trip, I found the attractiveness and desirability of the room depended on what was assigned. The room for a 2 night stay was better than the room with a 1 night stay.
