The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was not that great but still not awful.

Mold could be found throughout the walls - smelled terrible

I will never stay at a Mercure hotel again. For a 4 star hotel, I would say it is the worst I have ever visited. I'd rather stay in a guesthouse in European cities for half the price and be somewhere so clean you could eat off the floor.
