The location was excellent.
Not that clean, nothing special about the interior.

The hotel rooms had a sloppy feel to them. Lint on the carpet, mold in the shower. There was nothing that made this hotel stand out in any way except the location. The location was excellent.

Right in the heart of Brugge. Helpful pleasant staff. Much nicer than most 3 stars.
No vending machines, expensive restaurant.

Delighted.
Would stay there again.

Wonderful location right on the Market Square. Staff was very friendly, rooms clean, nice pool. Desserts were delicious in tea room!
In my opinion, the art work in the lobby was boring modernistic, yet the natural lighting was relaxing.

Parking is a challenge.

Well, Bruge is a city that you don't want to miss. Hotel is located right in the middle of the old town. Hotel is classy, stuff was attentive and spoke English (unlike many other places we saw on this trip). Very pleased with the entire experience. Recommend.

If staying in Bruges this hotel is worth every penny. The location is fantastic. The rooms are modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed in 7 hotels in Netherlands and Belgium this was our favorite.
