Very nice interior, great pool area.
Confusion with check in.

Bellagio is one of the best hotels in Las Vegas, so if you look for a treat go for it. We took use of restaurants, pool, cabana, fitness & spa area, fountain show, casino and shops. Our expectations were met everywhere and we really felt pampered. The rate was great, but we moved hotels for Sat/Sun as we did not want to pay 4 times the regular rate for 1 night.

We think it's one of the 5 best hotels in Las Vegas, NV.
It did not have flat screen TV's in the quest room.

Overall, it is an excellent hotel/casino. I would highly recommend it to family and friends!

Broken door knobs, stained bedding, lack of benefits for guests.

Very disappointed with the quality of the hotel. Definitely not a 5-star hotel experience. There are no benefits given to the guests with the exception of the pool and being able to pay for the spa that regular visitors are not given. Save your money and stay at one of the nearby hotels and just visit the hotel.

A small room was given with a small TV. It did not look like a Star hotel. Previous day stayed at Excalibur booked through Priceline and it was very good.

The shops and restaurants were amazing and pricing was fair for the quality of products and entrees.
The smoking in the casino area was not a healthy environment for other guests.

The hotel lobby was stunning and all of the restaurants were wonderful.

Friendly and professional staff, beautiful decor, and excellent food/service at Café Bellagio!
The pool with fountains were literally freezing, no one wanted to go in it!

Café Bellagio was excellent- our waiter was super friendly and extremely efficient! The Bank was quiet on Thursday night but Friday was great and they treated my group of 20 women very well. The pools at Bellagio could have been heated or left at regular temperature for the colder fall weather- it was literally freezing in there! The concierge staff was very friendly and professional. Overall, the Bellagio was an excellent place to stay at and celebrate with others! read more
