Our newly-remodeled hotel provides all the amenities essential for today's guest including complimentary high-speed Internet, deluxe continental breakfast, indoor heated pool and spa, and has interior corridors with an executive floor. Our meeting rooms provide an ideal location for small business meetings and social events. We are one of the closet hotels to the new Clarian Arnett Hospital and within walking distance to most major restaurants. Pet charge: 15.00 per stay per pet. A little out of the way to get there but not really a problem.

Better than the 2 star rating. It was new and very nice. we will stay there again in the future.

Staff attitude was not good at all.

The staff was very unfriendly and not willing to be of help when we had problems. I was not happy with the staff at all.

It was close to the areas we wanted to visit.
They were remodeling and moving furniture the day we checked in.

The landmark pool was closed, work being done and the room was supposed to have been renovated, the work was shoddy and I was upset with the way the work was done. Poor paint and work holes in walls. Bed was comfortable.

Convenient. Pool area looked nice - even though we didn't have time to use it
Beds were way soft and bathroom needs more towel (only had two).

Hotel was going through remodeling so mess was somewhat expected. I'm sure it will look nice when finished. Beds were way too soft, not sure if they were being replaced or not with the remodeling. Our room obviously had not been remodeled yet.
