An awesome king sized bed - don't think I've slept better! Concierge was awesome.
We were never helped with our baggage.

Great proximity to public transport and the hotel also rent out bikes for the day. One of the best beds we'v ever slept in. The concierge was great, but some of the reception staff did not have a service culture.

Very friendly staff which gave us a excellent room.
Breakfast is extremely expensive.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It was a bright and clean hotel, with tasteful decoration. The staff is extremely helpful and efficient.

The location was outstanding.
Overall quality was equivalent to a 4 star, not a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is wonderfully located within walking distance of the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie, and Unter Den Linden sites. There is a subway station right outside the hotel. The Sony Center and a shopping arcade are just nearby. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom well equipped. We used the hotel concierge to make a reservation and he was quite helpful. All the staff were friendly and responsive. The overall quality is high, consistent with a strong 4-star hotel if not up to a luxury 5-star rating e.g. the Ritz Carlton next door. read more

The beds and pillows were comfortable.
They did not have robes, hair conditioner and q-tips.

Great hotel for the price but does not have all the luxuries of a 4-star hotel.

There is not any extra charge for having an animal.
You can only exchange $100 USD per day per room.

We enjoyed our stay enough the first time that we used Priceline again, in hope of getting the same hotel for the same discounted price and we did!

The staff was very helpful and offered a room with a view in spite of our discounted rate.
They will only exchange $100 USD per day per room, so you are always asking them to exchange if you don't want to pay fees of using an exchange office.

Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. The steak restaurant attached to the hotel is great! It's a bit over priced but it was our favorite meal in Berlin.
