The restaurant on the beach and pool were not open.

The Tapas restaurant, which had smaller, more reasonably-priced items on the menu, was not open for lunch. The seahorse restaurant sat us outside in the lounge area even though there were plenty of tables further inside. No one came in and no one left while we ate and it was not crowded. We could hear the noise from the kids at the pool up on the fourth floor with the door closed. The pillows were hard lumps and on the second night I requested a feather pillow which was promptly brought to my room. There was no indication in the room that an alternative pillow was available. read more

Convenient location; great beach!
Happy hour at bar was very limited.

Rooms are small; it's a hike to get from main hotel to beach, but once you're there, it's worth the effort!

Beautiful views and nice cocktail bar with nice music.
Bad front desk staff.

We arrived at the Elbow Beach Hotel after staying at another hotel on the other end of the island (s). The check-in should have been smooth and easy but it wasn't. Upon checkout the next day I discovered the hotel debited and held aside the same amounts from all three cards, tying up my line of credit. I told the desk this fact and they finally straightened it out. In addition, even after I returned home I found a charge still pending on one credit card. Needless to say, be careful here with the sloppy operational issues. Perhaps. read more

It has the feeling of old Bermuda about it. It’s very restful; just what we wanted.

I'd go back. It is a well cared for Old Dear of a place. They simply need to relax a bit on their fussy bureaucratic ways.

The staff. They were great from the bell man to the bartenders.
Sea horse restaurant menu was difficult and not a lot of options.

Great hotel-worth the price. Staff was great. Beach and pool was awesome. Food was pricey but typical for Bermuda. Sea horse grill restaurant menu was terrible. Everything at this resort was great.
