Not much.
Beds so hard that I could hardly turn over a bruise. Room smelled.
Continental breakfast okay. Tub stopped up!

Price.
It was a fair distance to Bar Harbor.
Fine for the price, clean, although worn. It was a small negative that it was a good 5-6 miles to Bar Harbor, but that wasn't a huge deal.

Good location.
Thin walls, very loud and
poor hot water.

The location was conveniet for Acadia National Park.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the blankets not warm enough.

Cleanliness, and quite.
At first knowing it was and older motel I expedited everything to be old. The room was large and pleasant.
The motel was quiet and comfortable. Expecting the rooms to be "old" I was surprised to see there was updating and how large the room was. I was hoping to get closer to bar harbor but the distance was not too bad.

Convenient location to the national park.
Did not clean our room, but gave us another room after we complained.
Basic services good, nice pool, convenient location, and included continental breakfast, which was much better the second morning.

Nothing, not up to Best Western standards
Misleading (non-beach) location, poor quality, nobody at check-in desk
Terrible quality. Misleading & no ocean view No hotel employees anywhere at 8PM for check-in. Others left. Poor quality room & furniture. Too expensive for the quality. Never stay here.

All first floor rooms which allows you the peace to know there isn't anyone above you.
No complaints other than the facility appears to be a little out-of-date.
We had a pleasant stay at the Best Western Bar Harbor. Our room was nice and comfortable, front desk folks were cordial and polite and the location was close to the city but far enough away for it to be quiet and peaceful.
