Excellent customer service that went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The hotel room was very large great for 4 people.
The room was a little noisy as we could hear other guests outside during the night.

This hotel is in an excellent location if you are wanting to stay close to the airport. The staff are very friendly and will accommodate you to find dining around the area. Also, it was excellent value for money as free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Our driver even drove us to a restaurant for dinner and returned to pick us up!

It takes less than :30 to get to the airport.
The hotel van service took over an hour to pick me up.

They had me waiting almost an hour curbside at the airport for pickup. The front desk girl kept giving me excuses as to why the van driver had not been by to pick me up yet. They do not have 24-hr van service, it begins at 5 am. There was confusion as to which employee would drive the van in the morning and the 5am van left approx. 10 minutes late. The amenities are sparse, but my room itself appeared acceptably clean. Outside entry doors, must use the buzzer to get into the front desk lobby, and security cameras mounted outside everywhere. Only felt comfortably safe once locked inside my room. Oriental restaurant across the street from the hotel is boarded up. You must cross the freeway on the overpass to walk several blocks to get some food.

Not in the nicest of neighborhoods.

Good for quick overnight stay. Would not recommend for longer stays as hotel is in what appears to be a not so good area of town. As a man, I would go there alone for a stay. Would never send just wife and children. Breakfast was light, but a nice touch.

Not a great location, and a lot of traffic noise.

If you need somewhere to stay overnight between flights it's fine. Anything else forget it, it's very noisy. It's not the best part of town and it's a hike to a restaurant if you want to go. The delivery menu was restricted to pizza and Chinese.

The hotel itself was a little shoddy, but our room was pleasant and clean, and the shuttle service to the airport was free, friendly, and efficient.
It was further from the airport than I had anticipated, and it lacked any dining facilities.

For the price, the hotel was, I suppose, adequate. But I disliked having to walk with my wife three blocks or more through a not-very-salubrious part of LA to find a suitable restaurant.

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
I wasn't terribly impressed with the airport shuttle service.

The room was very clean and comfortable with the amenities I needed. It was close to the airport and convenient to the freeway.
