The housekeeper was very helpful and shuttle was very convenient.
No refrigerator and no microwave.

Overall, this hotel was convenient to get to comfortable, had a good breakfast bar which stayed open later than most. No microwave of fridge.

Room was nice and comfortable.
Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Typical Best Western, everything was well maintained and the service was good. (Note: when I got there, they had me in a smoking room. I had to get them to change it to a non-smoking room because I do not smoke.

Annoying low flow toilets.

This hotel is the perfect spot for moving around the state of Rhode Island. We wanted to sight see in several different towns. The hotel was right by the highway which allowed easy access to everything. The hotel staff was very helpful in looking up and printing directions to several locations. The contential breakfast was great.

Clean, friendly staff, free shuttle to airport. Low cost overnite parking for my trip.

We were staying overnight to be close to the airport for an early flight. The staff was very friendly, the room wonderful and clean a free shuttle to the airport at our convenience and low cost over night parking near the airport. I will stay there next time I have an early flight.
