Hotel staff was horrible I wanted to find a better hotel with experienced staff but my husband said we had to stay at house cat where we had breakfast and I am allergic to cats. When I told staff she acted like she didn’t hear me. In parking lot someone was talking to himself the whole night when we were going to leave he was still there talking.

This is a clean, quiet place to stay if you are on a budget and don't require luxurious amenities. We stay here because Santa Clara University is where we visit when in this area.

Close to the San Jose airport, this hotel is very convenient, but not the easiest to find. The rooms open to an internal corridor so it is safer than those that open out to the street. The pool was closed, but this was somewhat expected. The breakfast was bagels and cereal, but that wasn't unexpected either. Across the street is a great café with excellent breakfast offerings. I probably would not opt to stay here again because the deodorizer they used in the hallways was so strong I woke up with a raging headache. read more

The hotel was very clean, accessible and the overall experience was good.

Hotel was in a good location, 5 minutes to the airport. One problem was the hotel pool/Jacuzzi was not open. The front desk attendant said they couldn't clean the pool/Jacuzzi in the rain, although it was not and hadn't been raining. Also, the hotel is not secure; the main stairwell to the first floor is open to the parking area (no doors) so that anyone from the street could walk into the hotel corridors. read more
