Check in was quick and easy. Front desk area is in the middle of renovations, no issues. Upon walking into the doors towards my corridor there is no lock or security system in use. Once I got into my room there was a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, dirt on the floor, the fan was hanging down from the roof. The room was less than clean, but I was tired and had to get some sleep regardless of the situation. I laid out a couple of the clean towels I could find and slept on them. read more

The staff was friendly.

The condition of the hotel was terrible, this was not a 2 star at all, the hallways were falling apart and the doors were hanging open making it easy for people not staying at the hotel to enter. The staff and the pool however were nice.

Good location and close to restaurants malls.

Pleasant staff. Very clean and nice continental breakfast. Easy to get to where you need to go from airport to main highways. Lots of restaurants in area and shopping malls were very close. Would definitely stay there again.

Front reception area, pool area, outside area, and general outside appearance.
Lack of security on exit doors. Carpets everywhere. No towels and used soap in room. Cobweb in window of breakfast area.

For our purposes this hotel was fine for one night in a pinch. Carpets were everywhere and this is not healthy. Beds were good pillows were terrible. Security was a real problem as exit door locking mechanism not working and appeared to have not been working for some time.

The hotel toilet water was rust colored. It eventually went away, but I didn't feel comfortable using the water. I purchase water to brush my teeth.

The hotel may be okay in a pinch. It's noisy, if you're not a sound sleeper. An electrical socket didn't function. The toilet water was rust colored, but finally cleared up several hours later. However, I didn't feel comfortable using it to brush my teeth, so I purchased water for that purpose.
