Free parking and close to everything.
Old, tattered, rundown.
Best Western usually has a nice room for the money. We ended up having to move to 3 different rooms. First was dark and worn. Second room, when you turned on the bathroom faucets, black sludge came out of the tap. The third room was OK, but like in the other 2 rooms the closet doors (bi fold mirror doors) were broken.

My mother always said if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all.
Bad parking, Dirty room from hair in the tub to dirt on the carpet. Front desk staff looked through you.
This hotel while nicely located did not supply enough parking for the guests. When we checked in the front desk agent seemed preoccupied and made us feel like we were bothering him. The room was tiny and not what advertised. There was dirt on the floor, multiple hairs in the shower and the room was so hot we slept with the air conditioner on (which was extremely loud) and ended up opening a window. Unfortunately the window was out over the pool and they did not enforce the 9:00 pm closure so we listened to people screaming out at the pool till at least 11pm. The carpet in the lobby was stained, dirty and faded. There was not enough food on the breakfast buffet to the point that people were attacking the food before it ever got out to the buffet line. I finally gave up and grabbed a yogurt and went to my cramped loud room. There were not enough towels and the hide bed could not be opened without moving furniture which you then had to keep from tripping over to get to the bathroom. Housekeepers were still cleaning rooms at 9:00pm and upon check out I was not asked about my stay but told hold on as a front desk agent talked over my shoulder to a housekeeper. I will make sure that everyone I know never stays at this hotel. read more

The location was close to the beach
Seemed to be under staffed. I thought the service was poor.
The hotel needs to have better service from it's staff. When asking for an extra blanket we were told they had none. They also adverstice breakfest as included. The breakfast for the most part was not good unless you want to wait in line to use the one waffle maker trying to be used by everyone.

The outdoor spa, the indoor jacuzzi bathtub and the location.
Needed change for the dryer to dry clothes. Main desk did not have change available.
Great location and close to the beach and boardwalk. Designated smoking places. Rooms were quiet (never heard any noises) even on the lobby floor. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Felt very safe and the hotel was very clean.

The room - the suite was nice.
Parking - pretty tight.
Our room was nice. When I checked in and out, the people at the front desk was friendly. He reminded me of the continental breakfast that they serve for free in the mornings.

We liked the size of the room.
The sofa bed was broken and they didn't do anything to address the problem.
