My grandson enjoyed the pool.
Checkin was an ordeal.

The building and amenities of the hotel were well kept. It was near dining areas. There was only one person on duty at the front desk and there was a long wait.

You could hear everyone loud and clear in the walkaway that walked past.

Convenient to dells businesses, had a sauna.
Hotel staff tried to close the pool area 10 minutes early and then waited for us to leave.

Overall, hotel pretty good. We just needed a place to stay on the drive home from our thanksgiving stay, it was nice and quiet, whirlpool was less than hot and the staff rushed us out of the pool area. The 8 cable channels were mostly fuzzy and the free Wi-Fi did not work. Otherwise, nice.

I didn't like it at all.
Bugs in bed, stains on sheets, bugs smashed on wall.

I told them that I wouldn't stay here because of the bug that looked like a roach in the bed and the bathroom, and also stains on the sheets, that made me sick.

Extended pool hours.
No breakfast provided.

The stay was just fine we were at the water parks the majority of the time, did not really spend much time at the hotel. No continental breakfast nice that there was a microwave. Local restaurants was awesome! Crabby's do not even waste your time.

Great location and cleanliness was great.
Not the best looking hotel in the Dells.

It was in a great location and near the Downtown district as well as all of the water parks in the Dells. The hotel was very clean and the hotel was extremely clean. It is not the best looking hotel.

Nice clean and a reasonable price.
There's nothing that I disliked.

The staff was very friendly, the room was very nice and clean, and it was a nice calm environment.

The room wasn't very clean, bathroom moldy, pool disgusting.

They were friendly. Lobby looked nice. Room was in need of repairs. The bathroom was moldy. The pool area was very dark, the indoor pool was very murky couldn't see the bottom.

Indoor pool , near Denny's & Wendy's, outdoor pool lot of parking spaces, etc.

The hotel is perfectly located in best where peoples really want to stay, not congested for traffic, a few minutes to express way, lots of restaurants around. Not like those hotel in the middle of the strip very busy road and traffic, and hard to find somewhere to eat. From your hotel you do not need to drive to find a restaurants, it only a walk away especially breakfast. We will be back on your hotel next year maybe longer stay. read more
