Very classy for a Best Western, great restaurant.
Rooms not the most attractively laid out.

Beautifully decorated and very clean.
No plug-ins in the bathroom for hairdryers.
Within walking distance of many attractions. Easy to get transportation to the far away attractions. Right on the River Liffey.

Beautiful room, view and close to tram and bus stations.
Reception staff was not particularly friendly, even when answering basic questions.
This hotel was beautifully appointed, both in the lobby areas (which were large) and in the rooms! Our view out toward the front of the hotel offered a lovely park area. The area, as well as the hotel were clean and felt safe for out of town travelers. It was very nice to be near the main train station where transportation into central Dublin was readily available.

Large room & bathroom.
No face washer in bathroom & smoke alarm going off while asleep at 12.30 am!
Possibly a bit expensive, but well located close to tram stop and with free parking.

Clean, well priced and located close to the center. Tram to center and bus tour stops near the hotel.
Very nice, competitively priced hotel for central location stay in Dublin. The rooms were a good size and very clean. Bathroom area is clean and nice. Staff were very pleasant and there is parking available. A very nice stay.

Close to train station.
Renovations did not encompass my room/wing.
Half the hotel was nicely renovated, but you may stay in the older wing. The fire alarm was mistakenly set off many times during one night, poorly compensated for that.

Very convenient location to public transportation and a few sites.
The bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.
This hotel is very conveniently located to public transportation. The tram stops right down the street and the bus station that goes directly to the airport is right across the river from it. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They took care of some very noisy customers very quickly. The continental breakfast was all I had and it ample for the money.

No self laundry, poor concierge, staff didn't know directions well.
We were very disappointed with our stay as there was construction that started at 8:00 am every morning. No coinop laundry facilities, no concierge, staff wasn't helpful with directions or where things were. Staff in restaurant was OK, one in particular was very rude to others she was working with, carried on so guests could hear.

Very helpful staff.
Not too desirable an area.
Very nice hotel for the price. Construction got us up early. Rooms were larger then most we have ever had and would hold a family easily, which is hard to find. I think it will be romantic when the construction is done. The area wasn't the best but it was very convenient on a tram line and near the train station for an easy trip to the airport.
