They had van that took us to O'Hare to catch the Blue line downtown, a shuttle.
We asked if they had a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine: they said they would check & never got back to us.

Convenient to the airport where we were able to take the train to downtown Chicago. The hotel staff were friendly. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the rooms. Overall we had a good experience.

The Hote desk staff and shuttle driver were great.

The staff was superb. I left an oil painting in my room on departure but did not notice until I arrived at the airport. I called the hotel, they collected the painting from my room and had it Fedex'd to me immeiately. They wrapped it securely and arrived in perfect condition. They went beyond the call of duty.

Quiet even though it was close to the airport.

It was perfect for what I was looking for. I needed a hotel close to O'Hare, but also quiet, with an efficient shuttle and nice gym. I got all that I wanted.

We loved the shuttle that dropped us off at the airport and we were able to catch the train to downtown Chicago!

I would recommend this hotel to people who would like to save money on their hotel, but still have a nice clean hotel room. The staff was extremely helpful!
