Room was clean, lobby was clean/nice looking.
Just about everything, this was not even a "hotel" it was motel, technically, among other things.

This "hotel" was horrible. First of all it was not actually a hotel, there is a separate complex with rooms which makes it motel...and it looked like one. The rooms were clean but not child friendly whatsoever. Locks on doors were very easy for my 2 year old to open. We were told the internet we paid to use was down for the whole area and thats why our laptop would no work, however the signal from a hotel was so strong from across the street we nearly got service from them. We had to complain to get the pool unlocked since that was the other amenity we paid for...the pool was too cold and the hot tub was cold as well, allowing us about 10 minutes to use it. read more

Room was clean, and bed okay.
Noisy.

I felt uncomfortable as a single woman staying here. Room faced woods and a pond away from the main street and front office. Someone was leaving his room throughout the night slamming his door interrupting my sleep and security! The rooms were not connected to the main facilities! I couldn't check out through the TV. Little things mean a lot!

I like the helpful staff and the cleanliness of the rooms and property.
Well if
I had to say something
I guess it would be that they need a trash can by the laundry machines.

This hotel is very nice to stay at as a family or as a business person. The rooms are nice and clean the staff is friendly and helpful. The housekeeping is doing a great job. The maintainence dept. is on top of things. The breakfast was great for a continental. We enjoyed our week stay and since my son lives there we will be returning and staying there. Thank You.
