Great budget hotel in good location with friendly staff.
Walls are thin and noise in hallway can be heard in room.

Great budget hotel! Clean room, friendly service, excellent location to where I needed to go. When I booked the room, I forgot to specify I needed 2 double beds so I got 1 king. They moved me and buddy to another room immediately and it was only $10 more. Since it was a fast switch, the room wasn't stocked with towels, toilet paper, or a hair dryer but after we called they brought everything really fast. Overall experience far exceed my expectations. read more

Breakfast and business center lacking.

It was adequate for just sleeping and staying for a few days. Nothing fancy, just clean, comfortable rooms off the highway.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Fantastic hot tub. Loved that the rate included phone calls, parking, and internet access.
Too close to highway which obstructed mountain views.

Not much. Very bland and basic.
The computer in the business centre had outdated virus protection.

Very ordinary, an ok but not great location, no fitness center, but clean and well maintained. Ok for a night's stay but nothing special. Not a 3 star place.

Very clean hotel.
The staff was somewhat nosy and didn't fully respect my privacy.

Overall, a pleasant stays although housekeeping entered my room on two occasions when a "privacy" sign was up.

The room was clean, well maintained. The hotel was easily accessible and central to most activities.
The walls were paper thin.

The Best Western Boulder offered clean and convenient accommodations. The room was neat and well maintained and the balcony was a plus. The location was convenient to both the University and to outdoor activities. The only problem I encountered was with a noisy neighbor. The staff was courteous and I'm sure would have moved me but I had already settled in to my room.

Andrew on front desk was extremely friendly.
I found bananas in the room.

Andrew on front desk was extremely friendly and had a great sense of humor. The continental breakfast was very good.
