Dirty clothes behind the drapes from previous client.

This was not a pleasure trip. I was just glad to have a place to sleep!

Broken elevators.

Everything was great. Only disappointing thing was that one elevator was broken during our stay and the good elevator didn't seem to operate correctly. Waiting times for the elevator were sometimes long. Used the stairs most of the time.

Hotel staff very, very nice and funny.

Everything was very nice starting with check-in. The staff, very funny and could take a joke as well as give one. The rooms were spotless and large.

Nice location right on the water.
Few guests and had to let water run 20 minutes to get hot.

Older property restored nicely. Only one computer terminal in the lobby for guests was a problem when one of the staff stayed on it for an extended period.
