My bank account is now $600 in the red because I was falsely charged for smoking in the room. The manager is unreasonable and rude. I will make sure everyone I know does not stay there!

It was extremely close to my testing center which reduced stress quite a bit and the breakfast was decent.
Not very up to date as what I am used to.

Clean, comfortable...would recommend it for a one night, cheap cost hotel.

Hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and the hotel was quiet after driving for eight hours.
The only thing we didn't like was the pillows were too soft.

I would differently stay at this hotel if I stay at this hotel/motel.

The rooms are large, extremely clean and up to date, the staff is very helpful and friendly!
There is absolutely nothing we don't like about this hotel.

This hotel has the quality of a much pricier hotel! It is modern, clean, with large, well-appointed rooms. We stay here every time we are Knoxville and are always pleased!

The rooms are very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable. The staff seems efficient and helpful.
There is nothing about this hotel, we don't like.

The Cedar Bluff Best Western is a great value! It has the amenities of a much more expensive hotel. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are very clean and well appointed. We have stayed many times and would definitely recommend it to others.
