Best Western Central Plaza

The hotel was easily accessible from I-95. The room was clean, the staff friendly. I was disappointed that there was no internet access in my room nor a restaurant as indicated on Priceline or room service.

Basic clean motel at economy price. Good sleep near major tourist area. But no pool. We were misled by ad. There were two best westerns in area. We were at the worse one without pool.

It was comfortable and served my purpose of visiting the city. The bed was especially comfortable. Quiet location. Staff was very friendly, courteous , and helpful. I would stay there again easily. The location is a bit congested with traffic, but the hotel itself is well off the busy part of the street. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and movie theater.

A comfortable, neat room which included a microwave and a refrigerator. Very attractive grounds.

Room had unpleasant odor. Shower regulators were flawed and the heat increased after the initial setting to scalding proportions. Double bed is inadequate for the 21st century.Basic hotel I expected more.

The hotel was not quite the quality that was described on line. It was still satisfactory for a one night stay. For once, the pillows were good, as where the towels and wash cloths. When we checked in, there were only two wash cloths and two had towels - no towels and not enough of anything. It was nice that the air conditioning was already turned on and the room was cool.
