Location.
Traffic noise in room I was assigned was terrible -- and I usually sleep easily despite noise.

Don't accept one of the end rooms (near I-81). Other rooms may not be so susceptible to traffic noise. Breakfast buffet is okay.

We were greeted with a smile. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The walls were a little thin, so I could hear the people talking in the other room, otherwise it was fine.

I said, everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel was right off the highway, only 3 miles from our destination for the day. And it was well taken care of. They had a continental breakfast, which is really nice to start out your day without going anywhere else.
