I was billed for the room twice on my credit card.
It was fine as an overnight stay.

The clerk was friendly and helpful.
Carpet needs cleaning and rooms have a funny smell.
If one night stay and won't be in the room for more then the eight hours for sleeping then it is fine.

Not much.
Lack of internet access, continental breakfast was a joke, having to go outside to get on the elevator, apathy of the staff, the furniture in the room.
The hotel was terrible, it should be closed.

Immediately off the highway.
No kid channels on TV, no coffee pot, soda machines high priced and empty, no wireless network.
Not very happy with my stay. My biggest problem was there was only 10 channels on the TV, seven of them news, one weather, one sports, no kid channels. No Internet and since when do you have to pay for local calls at a hotel?!? The vending machine on my floor was empty (not to mention the elevator was on the other side from the vending machines) I had to go the next floor down to buy a CAN of soda for $1.00. There was no phone book either. I could go on and on! read more

The room was comfortable but the bathroom could have been cleaner. We got a good nights sleep for a decent price.
The night check in clerk needs more training.
We got there late (about 11, I think), very tired. The young lady at check in gave us our keys and explained how to get to our room. We got there and the key wouldn't work. My husband went down and got different keys. They also didn't work. As we were trying to get into the room, the do flies open and a very unhappy man yelled at us that the reason the &*()^* keys don't work was because it was his room. We apologized, but were very embarrassed. We all went back down to the front desk. Only then did the clerk recheck the room number that she had given us. Shrugged it off like no big deal. The friendliness of the staff during my stay.
I wished the coffee was closer to my room.
The hotel met my expectations during my stay. The staff made my stay much better than I had anticipated. The friendliness and kindness they showed was awesome. Much better than other places I have stayed. The hotel was clean, in a good location for my needs. I would stay here again.
