Nicely decorated. Nice atmosphere. Loved the dog in the lobby.
Not helpful with the situation of 3 people & 1 bed. No room upgrades or cots, or extra bedding.

Small elevators!!

The hotel was under construction so the main entrance could not be used, but I think the hotel will be much better when reno is completed.

Not walking distance to a good restaurant.

Hotel is newly renovated, should be a better chain than B/W maybe a Marriott. Very good rooms, very nice view of lake.

Staff were very attentive and friendly. We truly felt welcome.
The only fault we found was no microwave in our room.

Even though this motel was undergoing renovation at the time, it was extremely clean, and the front desk staff was very attentive and friendly. We were very comfortable there, and felt very welcome. Rooms were clean and lovely, and the view of Chocolate Lake was beautiful!

Clean room, and comfortable bed.
The initial smell was a bit overpowering, not a bad smell, just a strong cleaner smell.

The hotel was very nice. The restaurant was a bit dated and the booths were uncomfortable, but the staff was very nice. I would stay there again, for sure.

attentive staff.
Toilet paper holder is too close to toilet.

This was a good moderate quality hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. It is currently undergoing renovations so some amenities (e.g. pool) were unavailable.

Parking in front of the building is very limited.

Very pleased with this hotel and the renovations are a great improvement.
