Poor part of the city, valet parking at $18 per day.

Room was dark and dingy, our room was not serviced . Valet parking inconvenient.

Not clean, no heat, super bad area, and far from old Quebec.

We where so disappointed. It is a very heavy area. The restaurant and our room smelled poison for bugs. It was dirty, black lines on walls, and spots on carpet. 2 lights where not working. Bathroom had no heat, light and fan where on the same switch, so impossible to go to the toilet at night, or put make up without this terrible noise. Nobody where surprised when we asked for a heat fan. It was so cold in the room. It was only October, what do they do in January? read more
