The pool area was messy, nothing seemed to be clean or picked up - generally not kept up well.

The pool and facilities were not kept up well. Pool towels were strewn all around the pool deck, the pool seemed dirty, and there were children not attended to by their parents. The staff at the front desk did not seem well-informed about the hotel and facilities in general. The room was about the only decent thing about this place.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean.
Very out dated and in need of updating.

Nice friendly staff. Clean rooms just needs some updating in the rooms especially the TVs and bathrooms. Family friendly with the indoor water park.

Hole in crib side - messed up the reservation. Didn't put cribs in room/claimed they didn't receive my direct phone regarding this request.

Leaking from the ceiling in hallway, elevators not working. Staff not friendly and I'm a hotel manager.

Not modern.

Older, dated hotel; not being kept up as it should be. Lots of potential with all the facilities and space, though. Room with loft judged not convenient. Lighting not good, adequate.

Conveniently located, clean, very nice rooms.
Noisy, lots of activity from the attached indoor water park.

The hotel was very clean and the employees seem to be pleasant. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

The room was recently updated, but had a few rough edges.
The room needed to be vacuumed... there was something about it that didn't shout clean.

Almost the right price for this hotel.
