Uncleanliness.

Traveling often, I do not expect a 2 or 3 star hotel to have the newest furniture or fixtures but I do expect it to be clean. There were dead insects in the corner of the bathroom. In fact, the only way I knew housekeeping was there was that the toilet tissue was folded in the bathroom and the bed was made. A terrible place to stay!
