Jacuzzi was out of order.

Good value for the price. A little old, with some renovations going on. Small rooms. No wash cloths in room. For 1 night stay, worth the price.

Moldy shower curtains, no visible sign out front.

It was OK, not what I expected when I named my own price for a 2 1/2 star hotel in downtown Ft. Myers. It is located quite a ways out of downtown (6 miles).

unclean handicape was not very handicape

The handicape room was not on the first floor so if there was a fire i would of had to be carried down 2 floors. My wheelchair could not get to the bed. the rod in the shower that maded it a handicape room had mold growing on it as well as spots on the tub. smelly rotten apples were under the head board. i was not happy. I had to be moved to a non handicape room witch was better. but i still had bad dreams of the other room. read more

Front staff very friendly and accomodating lobby very nice.
One of our non smoking rooms smelled of cigarettes and the other smelled of liquor from previous visitors.

Free breakfast and clean pool.
Skeleton staff, no necessary amenities, although hotel was nearly empty and no service.

The outside of the hotel is bright and clean. This hotel is in a safe location, with easy access to shopping, and beaches in any direction. I am an experienced traveler and have also worked in the hotel industry, so I was very surprised at the lack of attention to our comfort that was given. The hotel may have only been at 10% occupancy during our stay, so you would think we would be treated wonderful. read more
