Outside appearance.

Rooms clean and comfortable, well worth staying here, only problem with the outside appearance is that it is very simple and plain, but then again I saw it at night not daytime.

Service was terrible, they had no clue. They completely ignored us.

We were ignored. Customer service was terrible. We were put in a noisy room in the hall.

The staff did not know events going on in their town and I was billed twice and they referred me back to you for a credit, when it was their mistake

If we go to the same event we will not book a room at this hotel

Great value for the price. Good room, good service.
The carpeting in the hallways was rather loud.

The room was a very good value for the price. The breakfast was also very good. The pool and hot tub were larger than other hotels.

Ideally located with great atmosphere.
No complaints.

I am a yearly visitor to this city on memorial day. This motel has an excellent location and having stayed here before with good results I would recommend it highly.

I had to wait a long time at the front desk both to check in and check out (no staff at the desk) and was double charged.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The location was convenient to the highway. It was a little tricky to find because there are two Best Western hotels within 2 blocks of each other, so I started at the wrong one. Not a big deal, but a minor annoyance after 12 hours in the car. I also had to wait for 5 minutes or so for a staff member to arrive at the front desk to check me in or out. Overall, the hotel was very nice, but the staff didn't impress me. read more
