I loved that the indoor pool and spa was open 24 hours, and very clean.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the pool and spa open 24 hours. The rooms were nice and clean. Great location.

Excellent complimentary breakfast.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Idaho Falls area. Our room was comfortable with wireless internet access and close to the river and heart of town.

The price
Hotel needs to be renovated and updated.

The hotel was okay. When I arrived there was only one person on duty so it took awhile to get checked in. Once in my room it seemed a little out dated and old. I went to turn on the TV but nothing happened. Following the cable line, I noticed that the cable to the tv was unscrewed, but once screwed back in, the TV worked. The coffee pot was missing and the pillows seemed to be very well worn and could use retirement for newer ones. The hotel overall was okay and on par with what I experience with a Best Western and that's why I usually don't stay with Best Western, they never thrill you or over achieve, they just make it a place to sleep. read more

I loved the rooms and location. Close to both the wedding I attended, and the shuttle transport station.
The breakfast area was a little dark. A more open area with windows would have been nice.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I loved the room. It was very clean and the bed was really cushy and comfortable. The location was convenient, but the town was very quiet and industrial.

Very nice room with great amenities.
TV guide was wrong.

Great hotel in a great area. The room was clean and nice. Mattress was a little soft. But all around a great place.
