Hotel needs to be renovated and updated.

The hotel was okay. When I arrived there was only one person on duty so it took awhile to get checked in. Once in my room it seemed a little out dated and old. I went to turn on the TV but nothing happened. Following the cable line, I noticed that the cable to the tv was unscrewed, but once screwed back in, the TV worked. The coffee pot was missing and the pillows seemed to be very well worn and could use retirement for newer ones. The hotel overall was okay and on par with what I experience with a Best Western and that's why I usually don't stay with Best Western, they never thrill you or over achieve, they just make it a place to sleep. read more

Cookies in the lobby.
1st Fridge was broken, made noise, had to change rooms.

Fine for business traveling. The only problem I had was a broken refrigerator in the first room, but I was immediately moved to a new room without any fuss. Good breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, good service.

The carpeting in the hallways was rather loud.

The room was a very good value for the price. The breakfast was also very good. The pool and hot tub were larger than other hotels.

Convenient, clean and
no problems!

I stayed in this hotel previously, and was dissappointed with the staff, but on this visit, they were available, and took care of me quickly. No problems at all with this visit. Breakfast was good, location is convenient and the room was clean.

I had to wait a long time at the front desk both to check in and check out (no staff at the desk) and was double charged.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The location was convenient to the highway. It was a little tricky to find because there are two Best Western hotels within 2 blocks of each other, so I started at the wrong one. Not a big deal, but a minor annoyance after 12 hours in the car. I also had to wait for 5 minutes or so for a staff member to arrive at the front desk to check me in or out. Overall, the hotel was very nice, but the staff didn't impress me. read more
