No swimming pool.

San Mateo best western was the nicest place I stayed on my tour up the CA coast. It was extremely well priced. The rooms were large and very clean. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The lady checking me in was very nice, room was clean, Internet worked great.
smoking rooms next to non-smoking, construction, and rude desk guy.

The place was okay. I hated the fact that my room was next to a smoking room and I could smell the smoke at night. Room was very clean, bed still was comfy enough, free parking but access feels unsafe, Internet free and worked well, mini fridge was a plus. One staff member at desk was rude.

Clean, decent place to stay, easy to locate and underground parking.

Clean hotel and front desk very was helpful. I would recommend this place for a quick stay.
