Location and creek.
The room we were given overlooked the parking lot. Significant fee to move to better location.

The hotel is nice for the location. The room we were given was the only one with no balcony. It overlooked the parking lot and fish cleaning station. It was terrible. We were able to move to another room for a significant upgrade. The breakfast room is cramp we couldn't get through the line to participate in the buffet.
