Location on the strip, at the edge of all the attractions.
Location on the main (busiest) road in Gatlinburg.

The hotel offered the basics. Provided discount coupons for the restaurant next door. Lots of noise from the road. Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mtn's were great! Loved the trails.

The room was very clean and very spacious. Everything was within walking distance.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful as we experienced car trouble and they helped us to find someone to repair our auto.

There was a tear in the drape and one of the chairs.

Very clean and family friendly. Could use some updating and minor repair work mostly appearance wise in the rooms. Exhaust fan in bathroom very loud.

The outside entrance to the room. It feels less safe than hotels with inside entrances to rooms.

This was a great place to stay for the value. Staff was friendly and the place was well kept.

Hotel was outdated.

The hotel was outdated, but very comfortable and clean. The heat worked great, which was nice since it was very, very cold! In convenient location to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay again.
